Step 1: Call 620-3664 or email sailthunderbay@tbaytel.net to confirm course availabilty prior to registration

Step 2: Print the STB Registration Form and fill out the information

Step 3: Print and sign the STB Waiver

Step 4: Send both forms along with payment to the following address:

Payment by cheque, cash or money order is accepted.
